熱量來源：導(dǎo)熱油爐系統(tǒng)中富余的導(dǎo)熱油的熱量

蒸汽輸出：0.1～10噸/小時，1.3MPa以下各種飽和蒸汽壓力。

使用方法：蒸汽發(fā)生器與導(dǎo)熱油爐配套使用

主要用途：廣泛應(yīng)用于食品加工、橡膠、木材加工、油脂等行業(yè)

產(chǎn)品分類：蒸汽發(fā)生器可按結(jié)構(gòu)形式分為立式汽發(fā)生器和臥式蒸汽發(fā)生器

【主要特點】
只用一臺導(dǎo)熱油爐，在保證生產(chǎn)需要的同時，把額外的熱量供給蒸汽發(fā)生器，用來生產(chǎn)蒸汽，節(jié)省了大量的設(shè)備投資和人工費用。

【工作原理】
蒸汽發(fā)生器（俗稱蒸汽鍋爐）是利用燃料或其他能源的熱能把水加熱成為蒸汽的機械設(shè)備。鍋的原義是指在火上加熱的盛水容器，爐是指燃燒燃料的場所，鍋爐包括鍋和爐兩大部分。
